BENEFITS OF THE WORKSHOP
Connect With Other Kids Their Age
Children participate in a small group environment where they interact with other kids their age. The workshop encourages conversation, shared experiences, and learning from others in a relaxed setting.
Experience the Link Between Fitness and Mental Wellbeing
Kids take part in a fun gym session with a qualified trainer, learning how movement can improve mood, reduce stress, and boost confidence. They begin to understand how physical activity supports emotional health.
Be Creative and Make Something Their Own
Children decorate and personalise their own School In My Words journal, using creativity to express themselves and take ownership of a tool they can continue using at home.
Learn Simple Strategies to Cope With Busy School Days
Through the Backpack Reset activity, kids learn practical ways to manage worries, frustrations, and big emotions that come home from school. They learn how to notice what they are carrying mentally and choose healthy ways to respond.
Learn How To Reflect On Their Day
Children use guided prompts to explore what mattered in their day — what they enjoyed, what challenged them, and what they're proud of. This builds self-awareness and helps children communicate more easily with parents at home.
Build Healthy After-School Habits
Children learn simple ways to reset after a big school day. Through movement, reflection and conversation, they discover small habits that help them decompress, process their experiences, and transition more positively from school to home.

How our MindScribble Kit supports growth at home
Tired of hearing "Nothing" when you ask about their school day?
Most kids aren't trying to avoid the conversation — they just don't know how to explain their day.
After hours of learning, socialising, and processing emotions, big questions can feel overwhelming. Details are forgotten, feelings are hard to put into words, and many kids shut down before they even start.
Motara School Reflection Cards change that.
Each prompt gently helps children remember moments, express their thoughts, and share their experiences in a way that feels natural and fun. They can write, draw, decorate, or respond in their own way — at their own pace — turning "nothing" into real conversations.
These aren't just prompts. They build confidence. They strengthen your connection. They help develop your child's ability to reflect, communicate, and understand their day in a way that feels safe and empowering.
Because kids don't need more pressure to talk — they just need the right way to open up.

Give Your Child a Positive School Holiday Experience
School holidays can easily become hours of screen time and boredom.
This workshop gives children the opportunity to move their bodies, express themselves creatively, and reflect on their experiences in a supportive and fun environment.
Through a combination of fitness, journaling, and guided activities, kids will build confidence, develop communication skills, and learn healthy strategies for understanding their thoughts and emotions.
Led by experienced facilitators at Refuel Fitness & Supports, this workshop is designed to help children feel capable, supported, and proud of what they create.
Spaces are limited to ensure every child receives support and attention.
