If something is damaged or missing, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges

You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items

Motara Mystery Bundles are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their surprise nature.

Digital downloads, gift cards, and sale items are also final sale.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at admin@motara.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and include photos. We’ll replace or refund your order promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Refunds are processed as store credit or to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
