Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are packed with care and usually shipped within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During launches or busy periods, please allow a little extra time — we promise it’s worth the wait, but happy for you to email us and check in on your orders. admin@motara.com.au

Shipping options
We use Australia Post and other trusted carriers.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times

  • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days (Australia)

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (Australia)

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia currently, however we hope to in the future!

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, please reach out to us at admin@motara.com.au so we can help locate it.
Once a parcel is handed to the courier, Motara is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders are your way to secure Motara products before they officially launch.
When you pre-order, you’re helping us produce thoughtfully, reduce waste, and make sure you get exactly what you want from the first batch.

How it works

  • When you place a pre-order, payment is taken immediately to reserve your item.

  • Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page. These are best estimates and may shift slightly based on production or freight schedules.

  • If there are any significant delays, we’ll always update you by email with the latest timeframe.

Shipping
Once your pre-order item is ready, it will be shipped using your selected method at checkout.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will ship together once all items are available — unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because pre-orders are produced in limited runs and made to order, cancellations or changes aren’t available once payment is processed.
However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, our Return & Refund Policy still applies.
